PC on this very weird amber staff, never seen anything like it
well i was just playing outside of unwaking waters and i found this and i dont know if its really weird and rare or if im just an idiot if u could tell me that would be cool

the % recharge on all spells is a new inherent mod on staffs
the max is 20% and then u can mod the staff with a wrapping a head and an inscription some new nightfall modifications to staffs |
